Thirty acres, eighty-five stalls, and three arenas — set 2,000 feet above the Phoenix valley floor in the Sonoran Foothills of Scottsdale, Arizona.
Ask anyone who's walked our aisles: the difference here is in the details — and in the quiet.
From meticulously kept stalls to purpose-built arenas, every inch of our 85-stall, thirty-acre facility is designed around the comfort, health, and performance of the horse — and maintained to a standard you simply won't find elsewhere in Arizona.
We consider ourselves blessed to steward a property like this one. Set in the Sonoran Foothills at 2,000 feet above the Phoenix valley floor, our elevation gives us cooler air and cleaner breathing than the desert below — a real advantage for equine athletes in Arizona, and one you can feel the moment you step out of your truck. It is a place where a horse can take a breath, relax, and settle: the air is calm, the routine is steady, and nothing rushes. Sound athletes are built in environments like this. So are happy horses.
And for all its quiet, we are not far from the action. We sit roughly nine miles up the road from WestWorld of Scottsdale, which hosts major Western, English, and Arabian shows throughout the year — close enough that competition is a short, easy haul away, and far enough that your horse comes home to peace.

Our 100x300 outdoor arena with high-quality decomposed granite footing, with courses reset weekly so horses and riders school every question the competition ring might ask.
A full-sized court for precise, disciplined flatwork.
An open 80x120 arena with multi-discipline footing, built for conditioning and daily riding across any style.
A covered Euro walker for controlled, consistent exercise, rain or shine.
A fully enclosed, air-conditioned arena, currently in development, for comfortable work through the hottest summer months.
Daily turnout is designed around the needs of the performance horse. Our spacious 32x32 turnouts give horses room to move, relax, and simply be horses — an essential part of keeping athletes sound and content between sessions.
We believe a horse that can drop its head, breathe out, and settle is a horse that comes back to work willing. Rest isn't the opposite of performance here. It's part of it.
We look after the people, too. Our barns are built to be a place you actually want to spend your day:
A comfortable lounge with a fridge, freezer, sink, couch, table, and TV perfect for after-school homework or a break between rides
An updated bathroom
A laundry room for professional use
Fully matted aisles throughout
A locker for each horse, or access to a shared tack area
To protect the health of every horse on our property, we ask that all incoming horses have:
A negative Coggins pulled within the past year
Veterinarian-administered vaccinations given within the past six months
A family-owned facility in the Sonoran Foothills of Scottsdale, Arizona — AquaTred recovery for every discipline, and top-tier showjumping training.
